The morning after the night before, a walk by the river was just what I needed. More Common Buzzard, a Kestrel, a male Sparrowhawk, a nice Kingfisher, a couple of Dipper and a large feeding flock of passerines; Blue, Coal, Great and Willow Tit, a Treecreeper, at least four Chiffchaff and loads of Chaffinch. No sign of any otter, but a Stoat that was rather inquisitive and two Red Squirrel. A nice walk it was!
