Next week, I’m doing the Great North Bike Ride, a 60 mile route from Seahouses to Tynemouth with my sister Gillian and my mate Darren. So after getting back from Newcastle and dropping Alan off at his car, I went home, got changed and me and Darren went out on a training ride. We went our longer route today into the headwind for longer, I just hid behind Darren and let him do all the hard work!
